The Glasgow saturday Jams have been going since the beginning of the Parkour community in Glasgow in 2004.
These are informal jams, organised through Glasgow Parkour's forums and usually featuring a number of practitioners from all over Greater Glasgow. GPC coaches may also be on hand to help out and give advice, but not every week.

Jams are of course open to any level of practitioner and are a great way to meet like minded practitioners and get out and train! This is the longest running jam in Scotland - just turn up and see who appears!
