The day is now only one week away and there are no longer tickets left - the event is FULL.Those lucky enough to secure a place will have their confirmation posted through by Thursday - the last posts went out today! Roots of Movement is designed for all levels of practitioner from aged 8 upwards. Wether you are a beginner or veteran practitioner, the coaches from will help you to practice techniques, introduce new ideas and face some challenges. Workshop FormatThe day will feature a group warm up and then separate workshops in small groups of no more than 15 working round a number of stations.This will ensure that every student gets attention and will get use of all of the equipment. Training will be indoors using gymnastics equipment, scaffolding and purpose built obstacles. A commemorative t-shirt for the event is also included in your ticket price.
