SHETLAND PARKOUR EXPERIENCE![11/05/13]

Omercan, Zeno and Mick are heading to Shetland at the end of month to join Chris and a Scotland-wide coaching team to run the Shetland Parkour Experience. This is the second year of the event and with Chris being in Shetland since December working with Northern Focus Parkour, the event is set to be a step up from last year. NFPK have worked extremely hard to raise a huge amount of funding to put this event together, and from a GPC point of view it will be good to have to so many of the team back together!

VIVOBAREFOOT videos[15/04/13]

Scott and Chris have just finished to short films testing out some VIVOBAREFOOT trainers to supplement their regular training - here's the results!

GPC AND VIVOBAREFOOT![06/04/13]

Some members of our team have recently been road testing and wearing VIVOBAREFOOT to supplement their regular training and experiment with a 'barefoot style' trainer for movement.
We are creating a number of films and blogs with our thoughts, the first which you can see here!

NTS IGNITION on SHETLAND![22/03/13]

CHris is currently working in Shetland with National Theatre of Scotland and Northern Focus Parkour on a large scale project. The local Parkour community have been working with CHris to create a movement performance which features in the show. BBC came to visit this week - you can see the report here - BBC - Cars are the stars in Shetland.

EASTER CLASSES![18/03/13]

BONUS EASTER CLASS! As Youth Class is now off for a few weeks we've got a treat during the holidays - there will be a Youth Class as normal on 6th April, before our new Season starts 27th April. These are the only 2 classes in April so be there!

SCHOOL CLASSES IN FULL SWING[03/03/13]

Our current school programmes in Lenzie Academy and John Paul Academy are going strong, with the students being introduced to Parkour through the after-school programmes. If you would like to see Parkour classes in your school please tell your P.E teachers to get in touch!! 3/13/2013

HAPPY NEW YEAR!![01/01/13]

A Happy New Year to you all! Our Classes start back progressively over this month: Outdoor Adult and Girls Classes start back next week, with the first class kicking off on the 7th.Youth Class Starts later in the month, on the 19th. Indoor Class will start back mid-january - Date coming soon.
